Heartworks is a family-based peer support program for grieving children, teens and their families that offers peer-support for groups:
Ages (4-6) Preschool. Ages (7-9) Elementary Ages (9-12) Middle School Ages (13-17) High School.
Parent(s)/ cargiver(s) of enrolled children/teens
Exploring spiritual issues with the goal of obtaining peace.
Eligibility: Children ages 4-11; teens ages 12-18; parental caregivers
