UPMC - Home Care and Hospice - In-Home Nursing Care
Home care nurses help patients achieve medical independence in the comfort of their own homes. A nurse makes visits to assess, teach and monitor patient conditions, and then communicates this information back to the patient's physician as needed. Some of the services provided by our nursing staff include:

Skilled observation and assessment,therapy, Blood and specimen collection, Health education, Wound care, Other nursing services as ordered by a physician, Telehealth Home Monitoring.
