The Register and Recorder's office is responsible for filing place all land transfers, wills, adoptions, military discharges, and providing marriage licenses. Documents are available to the public and copies can be made.
Hours: Office hours: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 8:00 am to 5:00pm; Wed 8:00 am to 12:30 pm; Commissioners' meeting Thurs 10:00 am; Commissioners' work sessions Mon mornings; Open to the public.
