A van is available for transportation for appointments to the James E. VanZandt Medical Center in Altoona, and the community based outreach center in State College. Volunteer Drivers welcomed.
Eligibility: Current military, Veterans
Hours: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Wednesdays from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm
