Provides a substance use disorder treatment program, offering social, biological, and psychological support services together. Includes medication-assisted treatment, assistance with navigating medical and dental care as needed, and provides referrals to necessary outside supports related to treatment. Addresses social issues such as transportation and housing.
Eligibility: No limitations or restrictions
Hours: Monday through Wednesday, 7:00am to 5:30pm; Thursday, 7:30am to 5:00pm; Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
