Offers families and youth with limited resources FREE research-based lessons designed to help them develop the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve a healthful diet on a limited budget.
Eligibility:
SNAP-ED eligible folks frequent- work ready programs, food
pantries, etc.
Program is limited to parents/caregivers with children under the age of 18 who are eligible for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits (previously known as food stamps), WIC, public assistance, free/reduced school meals. They need to be < 185% of poverty level. Low-income youth are also eligible.

Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

case by case basis. Flyers are created to promote our programs but
most participants are personally recruited to our classes by our
staff.
