Lancaster County Office of The Public Defender
Provides legal counsel and representation for Lancaster County defendants in criminal court for summary offenses, misdemeanors and felonies. Services are provided from arrest to trial, including probation and parole violation hearings and appeals. Also provides defense representation in paternity and protection from abuse cases. Provides legal representation for juveniles in court.
Eligibility: Determined by the Bail Administration Office based on income, employment, outstanding debts and other financial standards
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
