Intake Procedure: On Diaper Depot day, come to Central Presbyterian Church’s parking lot off Black Ave. Bring your ID and your child(s) birth certificate(s). Complete a registration form. You will be issued a key tag which you will bring to future events.
Intake Requirements: New Families: Photo ID, Children's Birth Certificates (If a birth certificate is not available, documentation of the child's name and date of birth is required, such as a certificate from the hospital or insurance card)
Returning Families: Key Tag, Photo ID
Geographical Area: Franklin County
Helpful Tips: Parents, grandparents, or legal guardians may register a child in need of diapers. Children may only be registered once. Diaper Depot 2024 Dates: January 20, February 17, March 16, April 20, May 18, June 15, July 13, August 17, September 21, October 12, November 16, December 21.
