Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm; Walk-in hours: Monday through
Friday, 8:30am to 11:00am; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday:
1:00pm to 3:00pm

Intake Procedure:
Call - Due to COVID-19, the office is doing all the intakes
over the phone and are not accepting any walk-ins. If someone does
show up, HELP will take their phone number to call them and send
them away. The only exception would be someone without a phone and
those residents should expect to have a long wait.

Through a case manager, HELP assists clients in area shelters
(those who are homeless or about to become homeless) by using a
network of social services.
