Intake Procedure: Call the Tenant Placement Office and a voicemail will indicate if waiting lists are open and whether applications will be accepted. Helpful Tips: Opening the waiting list: April 15, 2024, 8:00am for 0-BR for 1 person families, 1-BR for 2 person families who are elderly (age 62+) or who have a disability (18*) located in Rhodes, Eisenhower & Hubert Apartments, Kennedy & Franklin Towers and Hensler Homes. General Occupancy, 1-2-3-4BR located in Glenside and Oakbrook Homes and 5-BR in Oakbrook Homes only.
RHA utilized a 1 offer policy, eligible individuals are not able to select a development but will be offered the 1st unit they meet the criteria for.
