Media - Senior Supported Shared Living
Provides individuals over the age of 50 with mental illness the opportunity to live in the community with specialized supports to address their unique needs. Senior Supported Shared Living addresses the specialized needs of the individuals to live active, satisfying lives in homes of their own.
Eligibility: This service is available to those living with mental illness in Delaware County age 50 and over.
Hours: Program hours vary. Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
