Assist qualifying households with utility bill payment in emergency situations on a case by case basis. Limited funding to help with emergency heating fuel assistance.
Eligibility: Must reside in service area. Must be able to provide documents to verify need.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:30am to 3:30pm
