Tioga Bradford Housing & Redevelopment Authority - Emergency Rental/Utility Assistance Program (ERAP)
Program provides rental and utility assistance to residents who have experienced job loss or a reduction in annual income due to COVID-19 pandemic.
Eligibility: Tioga County renters or landlords. Must document a reduction in annual income related to COVID-19 since March 12, 2020 or qualify for unemployment benefits or incurred significant financial hardship due to Covid-19. Must meet area median income guidelines.
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm
