Pottsville - Weatherization Program
Helps individuals insulate their homes. Also will help to lower the cost of heating the home or apartment building.
Eligibility: Must be a Schuylkill County resident, fall within the income guidelines (60% of the area median income) and be a homeowner or renter. If the home is rented, the landlord must sign an agreement before any work is started.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
