Fee Amounts: Private insurance and/or private payment. Medicaid, Medicare, and most insurance accepted. Please contact us to see if we accept your insurance. Contracts with various employers and insurance companies to provide employee assistance programs.
Intake Procedure: Call for more information or to schedule an appointment. Must schedule an intake appointment for service.
Intake Requirements: Agency and self referrals are accepted.
