Court of the Common Pleas, 43rd Judicial District in Monroe County office this service in an effort to address the increasing number of property foreclosures in the county. Objective of the program is to provide a streamlined, unified process for the resolution of mortgage foreclosure proceedings through court intervention, housing counseling, and conciliation conferences.
Eligibility: Individuals at risk of foreclosure.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
