Sugarloaf - Low Cost Eyeglass Program
Offers a low-cost eye glass program to individuals who are unable to afford the cost of the glasses.
Eligibility: Those in need of a new pair of eye glasses and are a fixed income. Call for details.

Fee Amounts: Varies by lens: Single Vision Glasses $59, Bifocals $69, Tinted Lens $25 (This is an additional charge), Transition lenses $145; If an individual is unable to afford the cost, CSS will look for funding on their behalf one they have completed an application and have shown required income documentation.
Intake Procedure: Contact office for appointment.
Intake Requirements: Program is by appointment and requires the individual to have an eye examination and a copy of his or her prescription from the eye care professional.
