Provides developmentally appropriate information to families of young children via home visits, developmental, social emotional, and health screenings, a lending library, playgroups and parent group meetings.
Eligibility: Residents of Columbia or Montour Counties.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
