Offers Pennsylvania American Water assistance. Please note at this time, water assistance grants are only for accounts with termination notices or where service has been terminated.
Eligibility: Residents who have PA American Water accounts with termination notices or where service has been terminated.
Hours: Tuesday and Thursday, by appointment.

Fee Amounts: Service free of charge.
Intake Procedure: Call for appointment.
Intake Requirements: A) Photo ID, birth certificates for children in the household, and identification for all adults in the household.
B) Termination/shut-off notice and proof of payments made to PA American Water 3 months before your appointment. It is suggested that you attempt to make good-faith payments of at least $50 a month in those 3 months.
C) Copies of all bills you paid in the most 30-day period and proof of total household income in the most recent 30-day period for everyone in your household.
