Eligibility:
If you have an active shut-off notice, we ask that you don't wait
until the day before or day of your shut-off because processing

your application will stop a shut-off, but we do our best. If the
amount due on your is greater than a maximum grant, you will need
to make the co-payment first before the grant will be applied to
your account to stop the shut-off. If you cannot make the copayment
required, you will receive referrals that may be able to assist you
with the copayment.

customer service to specifically ask what the "restoration amount"
for your account is, before you apply for Operation Share
assistance. If you owe more than a maximum grant, you will need to
make a co-payment for the difference before an Operation Share
grant will be applied to restore your service. If you cannot make a
copayment required, you will receive referrals that may be able to
assist you with the copayment.
