Scranton Citadel Corps - UGI Operation Share Gas Utility Assistance Program
Operation Share Energy Fund provides energy assistance grants to qualified UGI customers who experience difficulty paying their gas/heating bills or UGI gas utility already shut off.
Eligibility: If you have an active shut-off notice, we ask that you don't wait until the day before or day of your shut-off because processing grants may take up to 2-3 business days. We cannot guarantee that your application will stop a shut-off, but we do our best. If the amount due on your is greater than a maximum grant, you will need to make the co-payment first before the grant will be applied to your account to stop the shut-off. If you cannot make the copayment required, you will receive referrals that may be able to assist you with the copayment.
