Provides circulating library materials and library programming for children and adults. Also provides reference and local history collections as well as online archival collections. Offers free wi-fi and public computers. Operates as a passport acceptance agency.
Eligibility: Residents of: Lycoming County
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to 7:00pm; Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm; Saturday, 9:00am to 4:00pm
Walk in passport services: Monday through Thursday, 9:30am to 5:30pm; Friday. 9:30am to 3:30pm; Saturday, 9:30am to 1:30pm
