Philadelphia - Philadelphia Nurse-Family Partnership
Provides a program of home visits by registered nurses to parents expecting their first baby. Provides parenting education and assistance with accessing information and resources to support new families' long-term health, wellness, and economic self-sufficiency.
Eligibility: Must be having their first baby, be no more than 28 weeks pregnant, and meet the income requirements.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
