Uses a unique peer support model that uses shared language, cultural expertise, advocacy, lived experiences, and system navigation knowledge to help individuals and families overcome social determinants and improve their health outcomes. Aims to ensure timely and relevant access to pre and post natal care for the target population.
Eligibility: African and Caribbean immigrants and refugees
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Thursday, 11:00am to 5:00pm
