BLaST Intermediate Unit 17 - Canton - Variety's Adaptive Equipment Program
Provides children with disabilities unique programs, experiences, and equipment, so that a child may live life to the fullest and not be left out, left behind or excluded.
Variety's My Bike Program - adaptive bikes.
Variety's My Stroller Program - adaptive stroller.
Variety's My Voice Program - communication device.
Eligibility: Serves children and youth, ages 3 to 21 years, who have a documented mental, physical or sensory disability. Also must meet income guidelines. Visit www.varietypittsburgh.org to see current income guidelines.

Intake Procedure: An application can be completed online or downloaded through Variety's website at www.varietypittsburgh.org/applynow. Information can also be obtained by contacting BLaST IU.
Intake Requirements: Documentation of mental, physical or sensory disability required. Income documentation required.
