Provide weekly, private, 2-hour life coaching sessions, accountability, and guidance.
Eligibility:
The person (s) must be willing to meet with the Case Manager for 2 hours each week, create short and long-term goals, and work diligently to reach those goals.
The person may not abuse alcohol or drugs, be involved in physical abuse, or have been diagnosed with a mental illness.
