Eligibility:
Any person suffering from a mental illness and concurrent substance
use disorder.
Hours:
Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 8:00pm
Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

Intakes are done on a walk-in basis

Documentation of insurance or referral if applicable. Photo ID.
