Reading - Treatment Services for Co-occuring Addiction and Mental Health
Patients will be evaluated for and may receive concurrent substance use and mental health treatment if applicable. This is further integrated with physical health services.
Eligibility: Any person suffering from a mental illness and concurrent substance use disorder.
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 8:00pm
Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

Fee Amounts: Insurance, MA, Medicare, self-pay, copays or through County funding
Accepts patients for services regardless of ability to pay.
Intake Procedure: Intakes are done on a walk-in basis
Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 6:00pm
Friday, 8:00am to 2:00pm
Intake Requirements: Documentation of insurance or referral if applicable. Photo ID.
Geographical Area: Berks
Facility/ADA Access: Fully wheelchair accessible. Accommodations are made to support persons with disabilities. Translation services available for the hearing impaired.
