Wyoming County Trehab Community Services - Utility Mediation Program
Provides Utility assistance and/or mediation services for eligible clients experiencing difficulty with utility payments. Intensive follow-up and referral services are provided. Available customer assistance programs include:

Penelec, PPL, Dollar Energy, Claverack Rural Electric, Sullivan Rural Electric, and UGI.
Eligibility: Individuals with income below 200% of the Federal Poverty level; other eligibility requirements may apply.
Hours: Monday through Wednesday, 7:00am to 5:00pm; Thursday, 7:00am to 4:30pm
