Towanda - Ombudsman
Helps individuals residing in long-term care facilities such as nursing homes and personal care homes resolve issues or concerns they may have about the quality of care they receive. The Ombudsman is a trained individual who serves as a resident advocate and works with residents and facility staff to promote quality of care and quality of life within the long-term care setting. Also provides information and education relating to "Resident Rights" and long-term care services.
Eligibility: Individuals residing in a long term care facility such as a personal care home or a nursing home.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
