Provides standardized and coordinated assessment and referral service for everyone who is seeking services from the network of homeless services.
Eligibility: Individuals or families experiencing homelessness
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm

Fee Amounts: Services free of charge
Intake Procedure: Walk-in to drop-in center for assessment during listed hours. Clients will complete an assessment with an intake caseworker and will then be referred to the appropriate program.
