Provides primary medical care to Veterans. Includes woman's health care, occupational therapy, dermatology, retinal imaging, some Telehealth services, diabetes education, smoking cessation, coping skills training, Operation Enduring Freedom/Operation Iraqi Freedom/Operation New Dawn (OEF/OIF/OND), stress management, nutrition counseling, laboratory testing, finger stick Coumadin testing, group and/or individual therapy, Psychiatry, Psychology, PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder evaluation and treatment.
Eligibility: Veterans only
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm
