The staff will help you identify areas of need through an assessment period and will help you set, achieve, and maintain a goal. Staff will provide ongoing knowledge and awareness, support and skills training; but you are the one in control of your own recovery journey.
Eligibility: 18 years or older. Presence of or history of Serious Mental Illness, diagnosis includes:Schizophrenia, Major Mood Disorder, Psychotic Disorder NOS, Schizoaffective Disorder or Borderline Personality Disorder (There is a Waiver for those that do not meet these diagnostic criteria)The individual has to have a moderate to severe impairment
