Mifflin Juniata Area Agency on Aging - LINK - Farmers Market Nutrition Program
Provides $20 Vouchers to buy state-grown fruits and vegetables at local farmer's markets. Offers vouchers on a one-time-only per summer basis and First Come, First Serve. Runs program from June 1st to September 30th.
Eligibility: County residents
Adults age 60 years and older with gross annual income within annually determined levels
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm; Contact your local senior center for distribution days

Intake Procedure: Call, walk-in. Those unable to travel to the distribution site can obtain vouchers through a proxy with a signed form and photo ID of the individual (call in advance for the form).
