Community Services Group - Dauphin - Chariots Respite Services
Provides support and assistance. Services may be for a few hours and provided in families' homes or overnight and/or a weekend provided in approved qualified providers' homes.
Eligibility: Children age 21 or under, with an open case with the County Base Service Unit, members through PerformCare, and/or receiving Family Based Mental Health Services whose agency has a contract in place
Hours: Office hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
