Community Services Group - CONCEPTS Adult Day Program - Adult Day Programs

Provides the following day programs for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities:
- Adult developmental services to assist persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities to learn community integration skills
- Employment placement services for persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities into competitive employment. Long-term support provided to employers as well as the employee
Eligibility: 18 years or older with developmental disability
Hours: Office: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
Program: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm
