A 10-bed transitional housing program for homeless veterans motivated to rebuild their lives. Provides a drug and alcohol free environment for veterans to identify the barriers to obtaining and maintaining housing. A case manager works with each veteran through support, advocacy and one-on-one life skills training to help them achieve their goals.
Eligibility: Male veterans experiencing homelessness.
