Erie - eLIFT Transportation Program
Provides low or no cost transportation determined through an application process, providing door-to-door service for people in need. Those eligible can take the LIFT to medical appointments, shopping and recreational activities.

Hours: Erie urbanized area: Monday through Saturday, 6:00am to 10:30pm and Sunday, 10:00am to 7:00pm. These do not include holidays.
Rural areas: Monday through Friday.
Scheduling Office: Everyday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
