Parents As Teachers Home Visiting Program
Provides an evidenced-based, home-visiting model that provides parent education and support to families, especially those in challenging situations. PAT certified professional parent educators bring the program to families with an emphasis on parent-child interaction, development-centered parenting and family well-being. development.
Eligibility: Expecting parents, mothers and/or fathers with children ages birth to 5 years for home visitation, mothers and/or fathers under the age of 18 in Erie County
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
