St. Mary's Children's Prevention Programs - Parents As Teachers (PAT)
Provides parents age-appropriate child development information, group meetings to share information, and screenings to provide early identification of developmental delays, health, vision and hearing issues as wells as provides a resource network.
Eligibility: Elk County Families with children 5 years of age and under

*Providers Choice- There are multiple organizations in Elk County that offer PAT. Only one provider can service a family at a time.
Hours: We schedule home visits at a time that is convenient for your Family. Morning, Afternoon or Evening visits.
