Ridgway Facility - Children's Outpatient Services
Offers play therapy (e.g. playing with toys or games) or art therapy (e.g., painting or drawing) during sessions. Older children and adolescents may engage in more traditional talk therapy to address their mental health issues. When serious underlying emotional problems are determined, the child may be referred to a psychiatrist for consideration of medications to support the child with their recovery.
Eligibility: Children and adolescents who meet criteria for a mental health diagnosis and are able to be seen in an outpatient setting.

Fee Amounts: Clients can pay for outpatient services by Medicaid, private insurance, or self pay. If a family does not have insurance coverage, a sliding fee scale can be utilized to determine payment for services based upon the family's income level.
Intake Procedure: Referral made by a treatment provider; self-referrals also accepted.
