Center Street - Oil City - Child Advocacy Program
Provides emergency assistance for families with children who are in school. Examples of assistance include rent, doctor appointments, dental needs, utilities and transportation.
Eligibility: Income eligible families with children in the home aged 18 and under who are in school. There is a maximum for each need only one time per year and there is a lifetime limit.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm
