Center for Independent Living - Assistive Technology (TechOWL)
An Assistive Technology Resource Center (ATRC) providing information & assistance to consumers looking for Assistive Technology that might increase their independence. Items can be obtained through the Telecommunication Device Distribution Program (TDDP) and Assistive Technology Lending Library. Also maintains a Reuse Program where consumers can borrow equipment when in need.
Funding provided by TechOWL, a program run through Temple University.
Eligibility: Individuals with disabilities and/or the aging population with Assistive Technology needs to remain living independently.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Intake Procedure: Contact Assistive Technology Resource Coordinator to complete an "Information & Assistance" intake
Intake Requirements: Name, address, phone number, date of birth, social security number, emergency contact, and technology requested.
Geographical Area: Clarion, Crawford, Erie, Forest, Mercer, Venango, and Warren counties
Helpful Tips: Contact CRI Center for Independent Living for assistance advocating for services.
Facility/ADA Access: CRI Erie Office is completely accessible to people with disabilities.
