Child to Family Connections Crawford County office - Transitional Living Program
Provides a 6-12 month program that allows participants to strive toward independent living. Provides a safe and healthy environment to foster growth and promote change. Each participant’s journey is designed based on their specific goals and needs.
Eligibility: Homeless or at risk of becoming homeless open for ages 18-26 years old, with either mental health, drug and alcohol recovery, or Intellectual Disability.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
