Provides a full-day, school-year program intended to give children an early educational boost that will help them make a successful transition to kindergarten and elementary school. Grant funding covers all costs of Pre-K Counts. Primarily for low-income households, though families with higher incomes also may enroll their children. A nutritional breakfast, lunch and snack is provided to each child at no cost to families.
