Eligibility:
Aged 55 or older, Receiving a disability income, Receiving
Unemployment Compensation, Recent loss of income within 30 days (
must be verified), Experiencing a medical emergency (accompanied by
verification from a physician), Be a Veteran or employed with an
income between 151%-200% of poverty income guidelines.
Must have made 3 payments in a 12 month period
