Provides weekly home visits to pregnant women and children up to age 3. The Home Visitor and parent/primary caregiver develop a plan together that will help the child learn through daily parent-child interactions within the home environment.
Eligibility: Prenatal to 3 years old.
Must meet Federal Income Guidelines.
