Erie - Family Group Decision Making
Offers families and others an opportunity to come together when a situation occurs that threatens family unity. An FGDM conference is facilitated to establish a plan to help solve family problems. A typical conference lasts between 2-3 hours.
Eligibility: Families/individuals in need of assistance engaging in the planning and decision-making process regarding family/transition concerns.

Intake Requirements: Referrals must be made by County Office of Children and Youth (OCY), County Juvenile Probation Office (JPO), or County Children and Youth Services (CYS).
