Provides in-home attendant services for individuals with disabilities, including assistance with with dressing, transferring, personal hygiene, light housekeeping, shopping, assistance with meal preparations, and medication reminders.
Eligibility: Serves individuals with disabilities within the 27 county service area.
Hours: Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
Service Hours vary by the needs of the individual.
