Seneca - Reduced Cost Glasses
Provides reduced-cost glasses for individuals that fall within financial range of the program parameters and have no applicable insurance that pays toward frames or lenses. No assistance is provided for glasses that have been pre-ordered.
Eligibility: Low income adults and children. Call for full guidelines and requirements.

Fee Amounts: $25 Single Vision Glasses; $30 Lined Bifocals; $35 Progressive Lenses
Intake Procedure: All requests must be made to the Agency prior to ordering glasses. Call for more information/application.
