2910 State Street Office - Outpatient Clinic
Provides assessment and treatment for individuals with serious mental illness and other mental health issues including anxiety, trauma, and personality disorders. Provides psychiatric evaluation, medication management services, individual and group therapy. Therapists take a holistic approach to mental health treatment, and offer supportive, trauma-focused, evidence-based treatment.
Eligibility: Erie County residents that are 18 years and older with mental health issues such as anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, depression, postpartum depression, and serious mental illness including major depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and others.

Helpful Tips: New clients will have an intake appointment where initial needs are identified, information gathers to enroll in the program, and an initial treatment plan is developed.
If medication is prescribed from this clinic, individuals are scheduled to return on a regular basis to monitor the effects of the medication and symptoms. Our goal for health and safety may prevent us from prescribing certain medications, based on each person's individual situation.
