Provides free confidential and comprehensive services, as well as aid in accessing a variety of social services, to victims of domestic violence and their children. Also offers friends and family members council who know or suspect domestic violence.
Eligibility: Those experiencing domestic violence issues and challenges.
Hours: Counseling can be arranged by appointment
Girard location: Every other Tuesday, Noon to 4:00pm
North East location: Every other Monday, Noon to 6:00pm
